Pancake Dinner

We had a successful pancake dinner fundraiser Saturday night at Hampton Heights Baptist Church.  Huge thanks to the church for once again letting us use their Fellowship Hall for the dinner.  Craig Dishmon is instrumental in these arrangements - thank you, Craig!
 
We brought in a total of $710.  The only cost for this dinner was the sausage for which we paid $130.  We had milk, tea, butter, syrup, pancake mix, & coffee donated.  Another huge thank you to Rick Alcorn for getting all these donations!  Thanks also to Melissa Mericle for designing the tickets and to Wayne Johnson for printing them for us.
 
The students did a wonderful job at not only serving, but also providing great music.  The solo and ensembles were very enjoyable - their audience was most appreciative.  It was good practice for the students as they will be going to solo & ensemble judging early next month.
 
To all the parents and relatives who came & helped - we cannot hold these fundraisers without you!  Thank you for flipping pancakes and sausages, directing the students, cleaning up, and most of all, for showing the band your support.  You are invaluable!
