The Cruise-in starts at 4pm but we need as many parents and students as possible to help us with this project. We will set up at 3pm beside the mural /The Front Porch.
We will need the baked goods to be INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED. We are also planning to sell water and can drinks so we are in need of a cooler to put ice in. If anyone has a cooler we can use please bring it to the school on Friday evening or to the set-up site on Saturday@ 3 pm.
Ronda & Tom have graciously donated the amount needed for the registration fee that is required, due to our funds have been depleted for band camp (music,drill, and instructor pay) and we need to build our funds back up. Ronda will talk with the kids about their participation and sign up list.
We hope to schedule 2 teens / 1 adult per hour if possible.

All baked items, drinks and/or water, should be brought to the school either on Friday evening from 6pm - 7pm or Saturday afternoon between 3pm - 4pm (Ronda and Tom will be at the school on Friday evening to pick up).
We have the opportunity to participate in the car cruise in future months if this is a success. We will see how this goes to determine whether or not we will participate next month.
