Our Winter Concert will be held on Thursday, December 17th, 2015 at 7:30 PM

Attire will be:

1. Black pants, white shirts with tie for men

2. Black dress or slacks for women.

Note: Dress appropriately, no tennis shoes, short skirts, excessive jewelry, etc.

We will hold a rehearsal on Wednesday, December 16th after-school.

Hey, Band!

There is NO REHEARSAL TODAY (MONDAY)

Tuesday: 4:20- 6:30

Wednesday: No Rehearsal

Thursday: 4:20- 6:30

Friday: Possible Football Game. If not, then we will have rehearsal 4:20-6:30. If we have a football game we wil depart around 6PM and be home (hopefully) by 10:30.

Saturday Competition Schedule.

Call: 11:00 AM

Depart for Providence Grove: 12:00 PM Depart

Warm-up/Check-in is at 1:30ish

Performance Time: 3:20

Awards: 6:30

Depart for MHS: 7:00-7:20

Arrive Home: 8:30-9:00

Ways and Means Meeting

Ways and Means will have a meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, May 8th) at 7pm in the MHS Media Center. This meeting is open to all. We will be discussing the upcoming fundraisers (car washes and yard sale).

March 27^th is our next meeting for Ways and Means. The meeting will be in the MHS Media Center at 7pm. We plan to finalize the details of the pancake supper that is scheduled for April 21st (Hampton Heights Church). We need lots of volunteers for this.

Hello everyone - There will be a Ways & Means committee meeting tonight at 7 pm in the media center. If you have come to a meeting before, please try & attend again. If you have never been to a meeting, it is your chance to voice your opinion about what fundraisers you would like to see the boosters hold in the future, & get involved in supporting your students!

Ways and Means Meeting

All,

We have a Ways and Means meeting tonight in the MHS Media Center at 7pm. We will be finalizing the stew plan and talking about the lasagna dinner. We need volunteers to help with the stew. A sign up sheet for students will be placed in the band room. We will start peeling veggies on Friday at Hampton Heights at 5pm.

Work on Props

We will be meeting at the warehouse Tuesday evening at 6:30 to work on props. We need to complete the work on the prop stands and finish tracing the backdrops this week because we will not be able to use the warehouse after this week. Please come out and help if you can!!
